I want to take this opportunity to recommend Mandrell's Pressure Cleaning to all Alachua County residents. This is a superior company who does a great job with professionalism. The are extremely communicative, punctual, polite and provide the consummer with a quality job. I will use them again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Mandrell's Pressure Cleaning was prompt with responding to my request. We communicated by phone and E-mail. Mr. Mandrell was extremely professional in providing a contract which included requested services and price. Tory performed the job and he was on-time, easy to talk to and did an excellent job. I appreciate a company who does what it says it will do. I will recommend Mandrell's to neighbors, family and friends. Thanks Servicemagic for providing competent professionals to perform home maintenance jobs.

Mandrell's did a FANTASTIC JOB !! Our house, siding, eaves, driveway and sidewalks are SPARKLING ~
it looks & feels like we have a BRAND NEW HOUSE !!
Working with them was a pleasure from the 1st phone call ~ they are extremely thorough, responsive & professional.
We highly recommend them and plan to be CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!

Contacted us within an hour of selecting their service on your website. Got the estimate for the job at the time limit we were told. Overall very happy. My wife and I were called away for family business, so we will not be using the service at this time, but we do know who we will be using when the time is right.

Troy spent several hours on 022810 in the rain pressure cleaning our house and deck and chemically treating the roof. We live under a live oak canopy with lots of staining to home. We stayed snug inside and noticed that Troy would finish a section and walk away and view his work from afar; a perfectionist that restored our 7 year old home to brand new. Every deck post and rail, window and gutters all pristine. We were giddy hours after he left when the downpour ceased and we could admire a perfect job, exceeding our expectations. We recommend this value and quality oriented company.

Nice. courteous, and the most important to me is great communication skills. I work in customer service and do not have a lot of free time for phone calls, but each time that I called I was answered or replied back immediately, we were able to communicate also by email. Wonderful services, they came when they said they would and got the job done. Excellent and I will use them again in future. |
